Mediaraven never pass on personal data to external service providers with whom have not concluded a processing agreement, or where no clear provisions regarding the processing of data are included in the contract conditions. This make the necessary agreements with external service providers to guarantee the security of your personal data. In the context of the implementation of the obligations arising from your subsidy agreement with the Flemish Government, Mediaraven prepares an annual overview of participations in the various activities. This overview is sent to the Flemish Government.
Mediaraven never sell or rent your personal data and never pass it on to third parties for commercial purposes. They can pass on your personal data to third parties if you give explicit permission to do so. You always have the right to withdraw this consent, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing before the withdrawal. Your data may be passed on to parties located in countries outside the European Economic Area.
