The world of children and young people is becoming increasingly digital. Together with them, Mediaraven look for the opportunities that this offers. In this way they explore, play, create and educate them to become media-savvy young citizens. They pass on the knowledge gain in this way to youth workers, educators, teachers and anyone who works with children and young people. With this privacy statement, Mediaraven wants to inform you as clearly and transparently as possible about how they handle personal data. They do everything possible to guarantee your privacy and therefore handle your data with great care.
They only collect personal data that you provide to in various ways (such as in a registration form, contact form on the website, personal contact by e-mail or telephone). They therefore do not collect personal data via third parties, with the exception of information that receive from partners and customers that are necessary for the execution of an agreement with these partners or customers. External Service
Mediaraven never pass on personal data to external service providers with whom have not concluded a processing agreement, or where no clear provisions regarding the processing of data are included in the contract conditions. This make the necessary agreements with external service providers to guarantee the security of your personal data. In the context of the implementation of the obligations arising from your subsidy agreement with the Flemish Government, Mediaraven prepares an annual overview of participations in the various activities. This overview is sent to the Flemish Government.
Personal Data
Mediaraven never sell or rent your personal data and never pass it on to third parties for commercial purposes. They can pass on your personal data to third parties if you give explicit permission to do so. You always have the right to withdraw this consent, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing before the withdrawal. Your data may be passed on to parties located in countries outside the European Economic Area. In that case, your data is protected by specific contractual obligations, in accordance with the obligations of European privacy regulations. No category of persons is subjected by Mediaraven or by external parties (on behalf of Mediaraven) to any form of automated decision-making or profiling.
Retention Period
Mediaraven does not store your personal data longer than necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was provided. In doing so, they observe the timeframe necessary to comply with legal requirements (e.g. for accounting or grant agreements). Retention periods may differ per purpose.
