When purchasing a dedicated server from in.be, crystal clear agreements are made about the availability of the server, the failure and escalation procedures in the form of an SLA (Service Level Agreement). From service level 0 to 3 it is possible to equip the server with a control panel to be supplied by IN.
“Provider” supplies an OS dependent control panel for a one-time surcharge. For Linux OS this is DirectAdmin, one-time costs € 89. For Windows (Microsoft) OS this is Helm, one-time costs € 600,-. If you independently manage the server (from service level 0 to 3), you can also choose to install a control panel that you have purchased yourself.
