When swiftinter have processed your order and received any fees which are due from you, they will grant you a right to use the Service. By completing your order form you will be deemed to have agreed to a contract as laid out in the order form, and also to these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms specific to the product. Additional terms will be shown on the relevant product page of your web site at www.swiftinter.net The right to use the Service is personal to you and will continue until your agreement with you comes to an end.
In order to use the Service, you will be given a password and username. It is important that you keep these secret. If you think that anyone else knows your password and/or username you must tell immediately and change your password. This may change your password without first telling you if think that it is being used by another person. If you are a corporate user, then the company is also responsible, together with the individual using the account.

Fees and charges
You agree that you will pay the appropriate Fees for the Service on time. All Fees must be paid in advance of the period of use, and payment terms are 7 days from the date of invoice. The amount payable by you will be set out on your order form. You understand and agree that if you fail to make payments of Fees when they are due, this may charge interest on late payments at an annual rate of interest equal to the base lending rate of National Westminster Bank plc plus 4%. If you fail to pay fees when they are due, or abuse the service, or monopolise resources, this may terminate or suspend the service either temporarily or permanently.
swiftinter terminate or suspend the service, they will reserve the right to not refund any fees. Hosting products include an amount of file storage and data transfer as laid out in the package specification. Internet access packages include an amount of data transfer as laid out in the package specification. They reserve the right to charge for additional space or data transfer used at your current rates in force at any time.
Data which you store using your services
Clients with Server, Website Hosting, and E-mail services are renting server space from Swift Internet for the storage of their own data such as email, websites, databases, documents, images and other media. The client is responsible for all data which they host on your services and agree that they are the controller and processor of that data. The client agrees to comply with their lawful data protection obligations. Any content stored on the service they provide, whether a website, database, email or other media, whether published content or not, is not subject to your Privacy Agreement.
swiftinter Internets servers merely serve such data to the recipient on your behalf, subject to your Terms and Conditions and you are responsible for all legal and data protection requirements in respect of your stored content. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your website and the software on your website to a secure standard by updating the website software to the latest secure versions as and when updates are available.
Termination
If you fail to pay fees when they are due, or abuse the service, or monopolise resources, this may terminate or suspend the service either temporarily or permanently. If they terminate or suspend the service, they will reserve the right to not refund any fees. You may terminate your agreement with any time of giving notice in writing or by e-mail. swiftinter will then send you an acknowledgment of termination. Termination of the agreement will become effective at the end of the then current payment period provided that we have acknowledged your notice of termination at least seven days before the end of that payment period.
Excessive use of server resources
If a service is found to be monopolising a system resource or is in breach of the acceptable use policy (AUP) for that product, Swift Internet reserves the right to suspend that service immediately at your sole discretion. This policy is only implemented in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of your servers.
Customers may be offered an option whereby Swift Internet continues to provide the service for an additional fee. swiftinter you receive your acknowledgment less than seven days before the end of that payment period then the agreement will terminate at the end of the next payment period. They retain the right to terminate your right to use the Service at any time, without giving any reason.
