Money Back Guarantee

Customer agrees to use the Services for lawful purposes only. Following content on your servers and network are prohibited. Anything related to IRC Proxy Scripts, Anything related to torrents, Starting background processes on shared servers, Warez, hacking tools, exploits Porn web sites, Download oriented web sites, Sites promoting illegal activities and/or terrorism, IP Scanners Hacker focused, crawling, sites Consumes unexped resources. Unused files Any account found to be in violation of anothers copyright will be expeditiously removed, or access to the material disabled.

Any account found to be in repeated violation of copyright laws will be suspended and/or terminated from your hosting. Customer agrees not to use shared services as a storage for backups. Account migration

Datanethosting do free transfers of accounts you want moved to your servers from providers which use cPanel. They do not guarantee the quality of such transfers and you must verify if your account was moved correctly before you change the nameservers. If something is wrong with the account after the move and it wasn’t moved correctly it is your responsibility to fix it. In 99% of the transfers there are no problems but they do not guarantee that.

This keeps backup of all files and databases if a customer purchased the backup service or if backup is included by default with the service purchased. Customer agrees to use Katya IT Solutions LLP’s backup service on his own risk. Katya IT Solutions LLP doesn’t guarantee the existence of backups at all times and recommends the Customer to store their own backups at all times.
