The Service Level Agreement (SLA) applies to customers who have used Connectindo’s services in relation to the various products included in it. As they use here the calculation of service availability is based on a percentage calculation of the number of days in a month and 24 hours in a day. Connectindo Connectindo has a goal of achieving 99.9% service availability for all customers. Referring to the achievement of your goals, they will give a discount based on a percentage in the availability of the services provide.
Circumstances beyond Connectindo’s control include actions taken by the government, war, sabotage, armed conflict, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labor disruption, interruption or delay in transportation, unavailability or interruption or delay in telecommunications, third party software interference. (e-commerce software, payment gateway, chat, statistical software) or the inability to obtain materials, or the use of the necessary power or equipment required for the provision of this SLA.

Credit application and credit payment procedures
To get credit, customers must send a request via email to [email protected]. Each request related to the SLA must include detailed information and the problem experienced and the submission will be processed no later than 10 working days after the application is submitted. If the credit application is accepted by Connectindo, the credit will be stored in the customer’s deposit account to be used in the next month’s billing payment.

This includes the installation and configuration of all server services such as web, mail, database, PHP and firewalls using the hosting control panel. It’s no longer the time for bandwidth quotas to be limited. Connectindo provide unlimited quota bandwidth so that your dedicated server is always active.
