The Customer thus releases PandiHeberge, in particular, from any claim and/or request for damages from third parties, which would be due to fraudulent use of a domain name.
Liability disclaimers
The Customer guarantees that the domain name requested does not infringe the rights of third parties. The Client releases Pandiheberge, the domain name management and allocation organization (hereinafter the “Registrar”) and the registration service provider (hereinafter the “Registry”) from all liability, as well as than, more generally, any other natural or legal person involved in the registration, at his request, of a domain name.
