Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 day and delivery confirmed by way of email communication. Register Domain SA agrees to provide the services stated for the price agreed at any given time. Registerdomain SA reserves the right to add, amend or terminate products and services if it is in the best interest of the company. Cash Deposits cannot be refunded and will be added as credit to your account. If you make a Cash Deposit error, consult directly with the bank where you made the Cash Deposit for a reversal.
Registerdomain SA takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods. This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Register Domain SA chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, South Africa.
Making Payments
Payment may be made via Visa OR MasterCard, PayFast, Instant EFT, PayPal or by bank transfer into Registerdomain SA’s bank account, the details of which will be provided on request. Renewal notices are emailed thirty (30) days before the actual renew date in your account. If you use a credit card you do not need to concern about manual payments, settling your service fee once will create a recurring subscription. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Register Domain SA reserves the right to change prices at any time, unless other terms have been agreed upon. Any account not brought current within a week (7 days) of email notice or exceeding this time frame in any way is subject to suspension.
YOU are responsible for all fees owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that YOU notify Register Domain to request for termination of services. Registerdomain are based in Cape Town, South Africa and your primary website currency is ZAR. YOUR particular billing cycle corresponds to the contract length that was initially chosen at setup. YOUR account will automatically renew at this length unless cancelled 14 days prior to the end of your billing cycle. There is no fee for cancelled accounts that have been paid for yearly. If you cancel an account on the monthly billing cycle Register Domain cannot refund any payments made before.
Annual Payments are non-refundable
SSL Certificates, Domain Registration, Domain Transfer and Domain Renewal Fees are non-refundable. Transaction fees on payments are non-refundable. The only time your annual plan will end is if your account does not comply with your terms of service/acceptable usage policy. Both monthly and annual payments are non-refundable if your account does not follow your terms of service/acceptable usage policy.
Registerdomain Positive credit balances can only be applied towards outstanding service orders generated on your system. If you signed up for a service which is no longer offered OR in the event of a service fee / service specification misprint you will be refunded in full. Accounts not settled within 30 days after they are due will be removed from the system.
