This Web Hosting Agreement, is between Moshipp, and the person (individual or legal entity) who purchases the service from Moshipp and agrees to the Terms of Service during the setup process incorporating this Agreement by reference. This Agreement governs Customer’s use of web hosting service. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, they agrees to provide the web hosting services described in the order for the rates indicated in the order. The initial service term of the Agreement will begin on the date generates an email message to Customer announcing the activation of Customer’s account and will continue for the number of months set forth in the Agreement.
Order Upon expiration of the Initial Term, this Agreement will automatically renew for the same duration as the Initial Term unless Moshipp or Customer provides the other party with notice of termination within 7 days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term. expiration of the Initial Term or the Renewal Term in progress, as the case may be. The Initial Term and any Renewal Term may be collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Term.”

Renewal notices are sent via email seven days (7) prior to the actual renewal date on your account. If your billing method is Paypal or Bank Transfer you will have to manually pay your bill each month. All payments sent for services are non-refundable outside of your 30-day refund policy. Service will be suspended on accounts not paid by the seventh day due. The term “Account” describes all services provided to a customer as defined by the primary owner’s email and physical address.
Moshipp reserves the right to revoke this grace period if a pattern of late payment is observed. Any account that becomes inactive due to non-payment is subject to a late fee of 5% of the value to be paid. Any account terminated for non-payment is subject to a $5.00 restoration fee once all past due invoices have been paid.
For your convenience Moshipp offers multiple payment options for its product lines. All payments are non-refundable after the first 30 days of service. Within the first 30 days of a quarterly, semi-annual or annual payment service, you can request a refund that will be refunded to your original payment method. If after the first 30 days of service you request that the package be converted to a different billing cycle, any additional money will be applied to your account in the form of credits and will not be refunded.
Before you pay a renewal invoice and before your renewal date, you can change your payment terms at no additional charge. If you wish to cancel a quarterly, semi-annual or annual package prior to its renewal date, your package will be prorated to the nearest monthly billing cycle and any remaining funds will be credited to your account. Any cancellation as a result of a violation of your terms of service will be non-refundable.
30 day money back guarantee
All new Moshipp customers are eligible for a 30 day money back guarantee on all hosting packages upon written request, excluding domain name registrations and SSL certificates. The definition of a new customer is one that has never purchased services in the past. Also if a customer buys a second, third, etc. accommodation package and wish to cancel this particular package, they are not eligible for a refund. If you exceed your bandwidth limit within the first 30 days of service you are not eligible for the 30 day money back guarantee. They reserves the right to deny reimbursement if they believe that an abuse of the services has occurred.
You are assigned a monthly bandwidth quota. This allowance varies depending on the hosting package you purchase. If your account exceeds the allotted amount, they reserve the right to suspend the account until the start of the next allotment, suspend the account until more bandwidth is purchased at an additional fee, suspend the account until upgraded to a package upgrade, cancel the account and/or charge you an additional fee for the overages.
Moshipp makes automatic daily backups for 12 days which are available in the panel of each client for services with Plesk and WordPress, in case you have cPanel you must request the restoration of the backup by means of a ticket, which can be taken care of as much as possible 48H from the time of confirmation, but they strongly recommend that all customers keep up-to-date backups of their data off-site for disaster recovery purposes.
