LandDAO Airdrop is a metaverse land fractionalization protocol that makes metaverse land affordable to everyone. It is a revolutionary project that unites metaverse landowners from all corners of the virtual world into one single DAO. Their team has carefully selected 21 major metaverses, each with already issued lands, plots, parcels and planets. By coming together, they will create a powerful DAO that will serve the interests of all landowners.
LandDAO is airdropping a total of 90,000,000 $LAND to various digital landowners. - Connect your Metamask ETH wallet.
- If you’re eligible, then you will be able to claim free $LAND tokens.
- The Sandbox Game, Decentraland, Somnium Space (Lands only), Cryptovoxels, Treeverse, NFT Worlds, Byoverse, Ember Sword, Neo Tokyo Land Deeds, Influence Asteroids, Voxel Ville, Substrata, MatrixWorld, FLUF World: Burrows, Netvrk Land, LeapN Founders Deed World, Farm Land by Pixels, Mavia Land, Project NANOPASS, MultiverseVM and Worldwide Webb Land landowners are eligible to claim free $LAND tokens.
- The snapshot was taken in March 2022.
- The quantity of the $LAND tokens you can claim will be determined by the total value (in ETH) of the lands held by your wallet.
- The claim will go live on March 31st, 2022 at 7 PM UTC but users on the welcome list will be able to claim their tokens on March 30th, 2022 at 7 PM UTC.
- 50% of the claimable amount can be claimed immediately and the remaining 50% can be claimed in 60 days after the launch of the token.
- The tokens can be claimed for 6 months from the start of the airdrop and after that, the unclaimed tokens will be sent back to the treasury.

The LandDAO
The LandDAO represents a platform that enables ownership and management of metaverse lands through fractionalized index pools and protocol governance through DAO.
$LAND Token
$LAND token enables its holders to get $LAND rewards, as well as perpetual commission fees earned by the platform, plus DAO-governance rights. Claim your free $LAND tokens and start participating in the building of the metaverse.
DAO governance of LandDAO
As described above, after the initial take-off, the LandDAO Airdrop will be governed through the decisions made by the DAO, while the team will take up the execution part. We will make a separate and dedicated update on the ETA of this.
Governance
Here is a list of some of the major points upon which the DAO will decide in future:
- Initially, the launched investment pools will be incentivized with $LAND token rewards (more on this in the tokenomics section). The amount of rewards for each of the investment pools will be decided by DAO.
- The DAO will decide what kind of investment pools to launch and with what terms.
- The DAO will vote on whitelisting potential pool creators who might launch an investment pool on LandDAO’s platform. The DAO will approve partners from the whitelist and authorize the launch of investment pools by the approved partners.
- The DAO will manage and vote on the use of funds of the LandDAO treasury (more on this in the tokenomics section).
- The DAO will select and approve the DAO multisig contract signers.
- The DAO will select, approve and compliment or for the same remove the management team members.
Tokenomics and distribution
As already mentioned, $LAND token will be issued by LandDAO Airdrop and will grant its stakers DAO-governance rights and also allow them to earn $LAND and $ETH when they stake (lock up) their $LAND tokens. As for the distribution, here is the breakdown of rewards, token allocation and airdrops:

9% Free Airdrop to Landowners
The Airdrop will be split and claimable in 2 parts.
- The first 50% will be claimable on the token launch day.
- The second 50% will be claimable in 60 days after the launch of the token.
- The $LAND tokens will be available for claiming by the eligible landowners during 6 months after the launch of the claiming process. All of the unclaimed tokens will go to the treasury after the claiming window.
34% Investment Rewards
In order to incentivize investments into the initially launched pools created and offered by LandDAO Airdrop , 34% of the $LAND tokens will be awarded to the investors who invest in the pools, hence giving them a portion of the voting and governance rights of the whole LandDAO as well. Investment Rewards will be allocated differently to each pool launched. The amount of rewards will be decided by DAO.
9% DLS Avatar Holders
In order to show our appreciation for the earliest supporters of our project, the 9% of the $LAND tokens will be allocated to the DLS avatar NFT collection, which is a 10K collection of Leopards residing on the ETH chain, equaling 9000 claimable $LAND tokens per avatar held in a wallet.
10% Treasury
The LandDAO treasury will initially hold these tokens and the DAO will eventually have control over the treasury funds. We envision that these funds can be utilized by in future to continue the development and building of the products, support various metaverse projects, use funds for different marketing activities, use funds for strategic collabs and co-investments into metaverse projects etc.
12% Core Team
The core team of LandDAO Airdrop will get 12% of Land tokens – exact vesting schedule given above – see Token emission schedule.
