Based on the agreement of the Joint Operators according to Art. 28 GDPR, it is possible to use the above contact data as a single point of contact for all requests from data subjects. These privacy protection conditions serve primarily to fulfill information obligations under Art. 13 and 14 of the GDPR towards data subjects whose personal data they process as an operator, or as Joint Operators. At the same time, they explain in which cases they act as an intermediary for your clients who, as independent operators, use your web hosting services and in which cases they process personal data for your own purposes as an operator, or joint operators with your sister company.
Exohosting typically process personal data, especially when storing the data of clients of your web hosting services, and without the client ordering specific additional services, they do not access such data containing personal data in any way, they do not familiarize yourselves with their content, and they do not use them for any personal data processing purposes of your own.

Regarding the processing of personal data for your own purposes, what they ensure as the operator, or as Joint Operators, these are mainly your employees or the employees of your business partners, clients or suppliers. When processing personal data, they primarily follow the EU General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (“GDPR”), which also regulates your rights as a data subject, the provisions of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. Exohosting the protection of personal data and on changes and amendments to certain laws (hereinafter referred to as the “Act on the Protection of Personal Data”) that apply as well as other legal regulations. Safety regulations
Exohosting purposes of processing are the normal agenda of the employer, which mainly includes: (i) fulfillment of various legal obligations of the employer connected with the payment of wages, levies, compliance with health and safety regulations, retention of data on former employees and other obligations in the field of labor law and social security law, (ii) organizing teambuildings and publishing photos of employees with their consent on a social network, (iii) using communication platforms for internal work communication when performing work tasks (e.g. Slack). They perform this processing only as an Operator.
Checking and storing contracts
In some cases, Exohosting have to prove, exercise or defend your legal claims in court or out of court, or they have to report certain facts to public authorities (e.g. executor, OCTK).
