Data Center
Regardless of the service you choose, e.g. Dedicated Server, Cloud Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Cloud Server, etc. you can rely on your state-of-the-art and environmentally friendly infrastructure. They have selected three Datacenters in Nuremberg, Falkenstein and Helsinki to provide you with multiple Redundant network connections. From time to time, Hostnox Internet Services may provide updates to the website software used to run your website. It is your responsibility to update your website to the new version of the software. If you do not update to the new version of the software, then the security of your website and Client Data may be compromised.
Environmental protection

Hostnox has selected datacenters powered by renewable energy to power your servers and infrastructure as a whole. They use energy from Wind (Wind) and Hydroelectric farms. They will give you notice of the change and you will then be obliged to comply with the new terms and conditions as amended or cease using the Service.

Recognizing the importance of electronic payment security, EveryPay is a licensed Payment Institution by the Bank of Greece, and manages securely card payment transactions, in accordance with the regulatory framework of the card transaction security management standard.
Everypay is certified in accordance with the PCI DSS compliance standards. All Everypay services are made through secure connections with 256bit SSL certificates. EveryPay also supports the ability to use the 3D Secure service, an additional security token for VISA & MasterCard. The Payer then has to enter his personal secret code to complete the transaction successfully.
Server / Network Maintenance
In order to keep your servers up to date, they perform scheduled maintenance to servers from time to time. They reserve the right to suspend access to the server during the time required for the scheduled maintenance. They attempt to perform all scheduled maintenance at off-peak time.
If the maintenance period is expected to last for more than 30 minutes and they will post a notice regarding the maintenance to its announce mail list. Unscheduled maintenance may need to be performed. During this time the server may be off-line. In this case a notice regarding the maintenance will be posted after it is done.
Data Backups
It is your responsibility to maintain local copies of your web content and information. Hostnox performs daily, weekly and monthly backups and snapshots of all server data and daily incremental backup of all system and Client Data. However, they strongly recommend that all users keep their own recent copy of their sites for any unforeseen events. Backups are made for server restoration purposes only. In the event of equipment failure or data corruption, you should be prepared to re-upload your data to your account.
The location of your datacenters are in Germany and Finland. They run your Live servers run in Germany and keep all backups and snapshots in Finland. This keep your data as long as you maintain an active subscription with. When you cancel your subscription, they delete all of your data in both geo locations automatically.
