UNO Datacenter1 (also known as “the Company” or “Datacenter1” in this agreement) undertakes to provide services to customers, subject to the terms of this agreement, the Service Level Agreement, Terms of Service, Policy of Acceptable Use, Privacy Policy. By acquiring and/or using the services of Datacenter, the client acknowledges that he has read and agrees with all the terms and conditions of this agreement and with any modifications that Datacenter1 may make from time to time and be published on your website. This Agreement shall be construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, Cook County.
Datacenter1 strictly prohibits the use of your service for illegal activities. Therefore, the subscriber agrees that the Company may disclose any and all subscriber information including assigned IP numbers, account history, account usage, etc. to any law enforcement official who makes a written request without consent or notice to the subscriber. Datacenter reserves the right to suspend or deny the service when it is suspected that it is or will be used for any illegal activity.

Service fees
The client acknowledges that the nature of the service provided, the initial and recurring charges have been communicated to him and have been accepted by the client. The customer acknowledges that the company may change the specified rates and charges from time to time with only at least 30 days’ notice from the date of billing.
Form of payment and charges
The provision of the service is subject to receipt by the Company of payment for the services purchased, the services are billed in advance and must be paid no later than their due date. Datacenter1 reserves the right to suspend any service more than 4 days past due, and reserve the right to terminate any service ten or more days past due, this includes formatting and restocking your server and/or deleting of your account, data and backups.
Datacenter1 assumes no responsibility for loss of data and information caused by the suspension of the service and/or termination of the account. Payments made through non-automated systems (example: Western Union and Bank Transfers) are credited to your account when they are received by Data, because these means of payment may take several days to register in your account, the client must take the necessary precautions and make payments with these methods well in advance of your billing date.
Refund and disputes
Under this agreement, You must contact UNO Datacenters, Inc. to resolve any matter related to your billing before contacting your financial institution or payment processor to dispute a charge. You agree that any dispute in your billing must be sent to the Billing Department via Ticket from our portal https://panel.datacenter1.com within 30 days of the disputed charge.
In the event that you dispute a charge contrary to what is established in this agreement, Data reserves the right to terminate your service immediately, refer or sell your account to a collection agency. Additionally, they reserve your right to take legal action against you. Data will dispute any charge back made by You outside of this agreement. All payments to UNO Datacenters, Inc. are non-refundable. This includes the one-time setup fee and subsequent charges, regardless of usage.
Service Cancellation and Termination
All account cancellation requests must be made through https:/panel.datacenter1.com, the system has a special option to automatically process cancellations. The client must request the cancellation of the service at least 7 days before the next billing date. Once the invoice has been generated, it is not possible to cancel the service. Datacenter1 may unilaterally cancel the service without notice to the customer in the event of a violation by the customer of the terms of this agreement. In this case, Data will not have the obligation to make any refund of payments made in advance.
