Serversnack provides a range of hosting and domain name services, including web hosting, domain registration, cPanel, Awstats, site management software, and credit card payment gateways. When you select to subscribe to any of these services it is with your understanding of what each service is, what you can expect to receive, what the costs are, and the payment terms. Invoices are generated 7 days prior to your joining date on monthly accounts. You have the option to receive invoices by email, or post, or both.
By default your invoice will be sent by email. Payments are due within 7 days of issue date, and automatic notifications will be sent to you by email if payments are overdue. If you fail to make payment within 2 months this may suspend or restrict the services on your account. If you choose to make payment on the outstanding amounts, a 10% reconnection fee may apply, as well as costs this may have incurred to recover the debt.

Cancellation of Services
Notice must be made by post on your company letterhead, and either signed by the account holder (the contact person listed in your records) or a company director. Or cancellations can be emailed to [email protected] by the account holder. They provide you with the ability to update your contact details yourself through your online control panel. If you require your support staff to update your details you must send a fax or letter on your company letterhead requesting changes, which must be signed by the account holder, or a company director.
Liability
As a residential customer you have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and this section does not limit those rights. However if you use your services for business purposes (or have told you will do so) then you agree that that Act does not apply to the services they provide you. To the extent that the law allows to do so, they exclude all other liability to you in connection with your provision of services to you. They are not liable for the protection or privacy of electronic mail or other information transferred through the Internet or any other network provider. They do not make claim that you will receive continual and uninterrupted service during the term of this Agreement.
In no event shall they be liable to you for any damages resulting from or related to any failure or delay to provide service under this Agreement if such delays or failures are due to strikes, riots, fire, inclement weather, acts of God, theft or vandalism or other causes beyond your control. Server Snack maintains control and any ownership of any and all IP numbers and addresses that may be assigned to you and reserves the right to change or remove any and all IP numbers and addresses.
Use of information
Your information will only be used for internal purposes, and to communicate with you in relation to ServerSnack (and any third party’s) services, features and activities of this site, and for market research purposes. When ServerSnack communicates with you for these purposes, you consent to receiving communications from in any form, including by email or text message. By accessing and browsing this website you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, storage and processing of your information in accordance with clause 4. This website may solicit certain personal information from you through features or activities (including games, contests, promotions and public forums).
If ServerSnack solicits and you provide personally identifiable information, this Privacy Policy will apply to that personally identifiable information. This clause 2 also applies to any information automatically retrieved during your visits to this website (together “your information”). For example, when you enter this website your computer may automatically be issued with a cookie. These are text files that identify your computer to Serversnack server, so that when you visit this website again, the cookie will identify your computer to ServerSnack’s web server.
