Data retention period

Collected data can be stored for 10 years after the end of the contract. An exceptioncreates situations where Finnish legislation or authorities require informationlonger storage time. Personal data stored in the register is always treated confidentially. The information is protectedthe principles of the Electronic Communications Data Protection Act and the regulations of the Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority andaccording to instructions.

Scenegroup register is located in protected areas managed by Scene Group Oyon servers. In addition, the information in the register can be stored in whole or in part oruse on secure servers ordered by Scene Group Oy from third parties orin services. The use of the register requires a personal license granted by the main useruser ID or access right granted by the main user. Manual materialalways stored in locked rooms and destroyed in accordance with the DIN 66399 P-4 standardinto paper shreds.

The right of inspection and the right to demand correction of information

Every person in the register has the right to check their information stored in the register anddemand the correction of possible incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information. If a person wants to check the information stored about him or demand corrections, a requestmust be sent in writing to the controller.
