Liti Capital aims to be one of the largest Litigation Finance companies in the world, cherry picking the best, most winnable and recoverable cases. Liti Capital offers justice to their plaintiffs and unlock unprecedented opportunities for LITI token investors. LITI tokens will give Liti Capital a worldwide exposure and capital, bringing modern blockchain finance to a traditional space previously not available to retail investor.

How We Started

Liti Capital SA was formed in June, 2020. The idea was born from Jonas Rey, who also heads Athena Intelligence, one of the most successful intelligence-gathering firms in Switzerland and one of the world’s most sought-after agencies in identifying recoverable assets. His two co-founders, Andy Christen and Jaime Delgado played a crucial role in shaping and implementing the vision of the project, as they bring a proven knowledge of blockchain engineering, a track record in the innovation fintech startup industry as well as operational and technical skills to round out the internal leadership team.

David Kay, an internationally recognized litigation financier and case management strategist, had a professional connection to Jonas Rey and Athena Intelligence. Jonas had been in search of a litigation finance expert to head the Investment side of Liti Capital and approached David for a recommendation. After more than decade running a billion dollar private equity litigation finance firm, David was looking for something special as his next project. David viewed Liti Capital as a “marriage between two worlds”, bridging traditional litigation finance with tokenized equity and all that it entails. In May 2021 David accepted the position of Chief Investment Officer & Executive Director of Liti Capital SA.

Never Heard of Litigation Finance?

Since its inception, litigation finance has been sought after by hedge fund heavyweights, highly liquid litigation funding firms, venture capitalists, and elite investors for its high return on investment.

High ROIs

Litigation funders are seeing on average a 50%-100% return range on their initial investments portfolio and are typically banking three to five times their original capital on winning cases.

Expanding Market

Litigation Finance is a booming multi-billion dollar global market projected to more than double in under a decade.

Not Connected to State of The Economy

Litigation funding thrives even in bear markets because litigation assets are not correlated with the state of the economy.

The Best Lawyers, Capital, Strategy, Case Management, Liti Capital Is All In

Defendants don’t like to lose. They outspend, out-lawyer, play dirty wherever they can and drag out cases to bleed plaintiff funds dry. A plaintiff needs more than capital to reach judgment, and more importantly enforce collection. They need strategic guidance to take down corrupt defendants. They need Liti Capital!

Different from traditional Private Equity Funds, Liti Capital crowdfunds using the LITI token to raise capital to buy asset ownership in legal cases they believe they can win and collect judgements on.

Whether you are a new, qualified or institutional investor, the onboarding procedure is a seamless, quick and user-friendly experience, even if you have never heard about blockchain and tokenization before.

The Team

Liti Capital Coin Review : It Is Good Or Bad Review

Case Selection Policy

To enhance the likelihood of success, they only integrate into the litigation asset portfolio cases that pass a thorough and multi-step evaluation process. To this end, they conduct a complete due diligence that translates into the following elements. First, they acquire key document evidence on the case and request a favorable opinion on the prospects of success from senior counsel and experts.

Second, Liti Capital Coin assess the value of the claim, the ability of the opponents to pay upon an adverse judgement or arbitral award and the enforcement strategy. To set an optimal risk management policy, they further diversify the selected cases based on the geographic presence, the industry at stake and the jurisdiction of the claim. Furthermore, they base selection on a well-balanced proportion of higher and lower risk cases to limit the damage to investors should a claim fail. They present strategy in more detail in the following sections.

Financial & Legal Due Diligence

They conduct a thorough legal and financial due diligence process before deciding to fund or acquire a claim.

Risk Assessment

Liti Capital Coin reduce risk by balancing high risk and low risk claims as well as pursuing multiple claims at once across various jurisdictions.

They will focus on jurisdictions where enforcements of claims are straightforward and the justice system is independent from external influence.
