Taming and evolving powerful pets is a key feature of animal tamers in-game that are used in combat alongside weapons and magic. Each pet can be pulled out of the game and represented as an NFT. Legends of Aria Players can mate mystical creatures such as dire wolves and dragons, powering-up their pets to use in combat and battle against other player’s pets in the arena. Pets can be bred with one another to create a third pet with potentially higher skills and better abilities. This process will require two Fertility Potions, which can be purchased in the in-game store. Mating will require both a female and male member of that species, and will involve an incubation period and raising the animal from a youngling, which will vary in length depending on the type of animal.

Siege PvP

After the upgraded LoA client launches, they will then plan to develop a massive siege PvP combat system. This feature will enable huge teams to compete against one another, with some players attacking the opposing team’s castle and others defending their own castle. Each castle will have a vault containing a share of the total resource pool that can be plundered by members of opposing teams if the defenses are penetrated. Each player can only carry a certain amount of the castle currency requiring multiple trips from the enemy castle. Defenders can repair the castle to stop the attackers from plundering the vault. And, active defenders are rewarded a portion of the vault coins for successful defenses.
