LaCucina Terms
LaCucina has many new terms to become familiar with. A complete glossary is available, but to better understand the fundamental concepts, below are the most significant terms:
- External Farming – is the notion of providing liquidity on a third party liquidity pool, and collecting rewards.
- Oven – An Oven is the equivalent of a Farm – it is a method by which awards liquidity providers for their liquidity on third party platforms.
- Cooking Plan – Cooking Plans are a set of reward policies tailored for an Oven. They allow for flexibility by creating rewards structures that help a project achieve a particular goal.
- Cooking – Cooking is the process of combining and cooking 2 – 5 Secret Ingredient NFTs into a reward boosting NFT Dish, users have a choice of creating a pizza, pasta or zuppa (with Gelato coming soon) and these Dishes carry a multiplier of 1 to 10 that can be applied to any ongoing Oven,
- Munch – At LaCucina, it is the action to claim all of your hard-earned LACs.
A Market Place for every NFT
As each NFT in LaCucina is both diverse in design and functions a little differently, so too are their NFT Market Places. Users will be able to purchase NFTs from a range of 6 different Market Places, each one corresponding to one of different NFTs. There are other interesting functions that further benefits the community. For the Secret Ingredients, every time a Secret Ingredient is purchased, 75% of the LAC collected will go back to the Vault, to be released to the community as additional rewards.
Secret Ingredients Shop & Market Place
There will be a constant influx of around 20–50 new Secret Ingredients every week in the New & Exciting shop, giving more opportunities to cook new reward boosting Dishes, to increase a user’s proportion of the LAC tokens. Alongside the New & Exciting shop, there is also a Market Place, where users can trade Secret Ingredients with other users. Here is where users will be able to buy Taliens. LaCucina will also be able to put their Taliens up for sale on the Taliens Market Place. Additionally, they can find special Taliens that are up for sale or make a proposal for a Talien owner that is not on the market.
Cooking Costs
LaCucina During the cooking process using Secret Ingredients, there are also a few key functions that will give certain benefits and advantages. The cooking of a Dish will take time, how much time is up to the user, as they can expedite the process by increasing the cooking method, but of course, this will cost LAC to do so. On top of speeding up the cooking process, users can even reverse the cooking process by ‘uncooking’ a Dish. For example, if a user wants to try something a little different with their Dish, but has already used all their Secret Ingredients, they can uncook the Dish, returning all their Secret Ingredients.
