Service
The listed fees for the Services do not include any applicable sales, use, revenue, excise or other taxes imposed by any taxing authority. Any applicable taxes and cess will be added to Flexicloud invoice as a separate charge to be paid by you. All fees are non-refundable when paid unless otherwise stated. The service would be suspended if the payment is not made within the due date. Once suspended, the account can be reinstated only after paying all outstanding dues and late fees, within a reasonable time (at the discretion of FlexiCloud). Non-payment for two consecutive months will result in cancellation of the service and deletion of data from your servers.
Electronically Transmit
Hosting will keep backups for the previous seven days in the server, which can be downloaded from the backup section of your cPanel. They will make every attempt to retain backups on your Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting servers. However, as with any data storage systems, backups can fail. They encourage you to perform your own backups on a periodic basis or use services that permit Users to electronically transmit or upload content directly to the User Web site.
User shall be fully responsible for uploading all content to the User Web site and supplementing, modifying and updating the User Web site, including all backups. Any file over 40MB in size will not be backed up onto your backup servers and in the event of server failure, will not be recoverable.
Operational security
Flexicloud Hosting services, including all related equipment, networks and network devices are provided only for authorized customer use. Flexi Hosting systems may be monitored for all lawful purposes, including ensuring that use is authorized, for management of the system, to facilitate protection against unauthorized access, and to verify security procedures, survivability and operational security. During monitoring, information may be examined, recorded, copied and used for authorized purposes. Use of Cloud Hosting system(s) constitutes consent to monitoring for these purposes.
