Mode of contracting
If you want to benefit from any of the hosting services offered by Easyhost, you must first accept the specific terms and conditions for their provision. The method of acceptance will be carried out online, through the consent given by the client regarding the application of these clauses. According to ORDINANCE no. 130 of August 31, 2000 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts: “The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 10 working days from receiving the product or , in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract”.
Application
These provisions apply to all Easyhost Users, meaning both visitors to the ro.easyhost.com website (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) as well as customers of any of the Packages or Services offered on the Website. The purpose of these terms and conditions is to ensure that Easyhost Users use the services in consideration of the rights and interests of all participants in the information market and in accordance with the rules of the Easyhost network.
They obtain all authorizations and approvals related to the Hosted Data, including, but not limited to, approvals for the connection or interaction of the Hosted Data with various types of applications belonging to third parties, the authorizations or formalities required by the legislation in force for the provision of certain online services or imposed on data operators with personal character.
Customer
They donot to access the Hosted Data, except in situations where it is necessary to intervene on it for the sole purpose of executing the Contract, at the Customer’s request or in the cases and procedures provided by the legislation in force. Agreed Use Policy of the Service
This Policy of Agreed Use of the Service is an integral part of the contract concluded by host with each individual customer. In addition to these provisions, a specific Service or Service Package may have its own Service Accepted Use Policy, which will also form an integral part of the contract concluded by Easyhost with each individual customer, and which will be applied With priority.
Any customer using a large amount of host server resources (such as CPU time, memory, Network resources, but not limited to these) will be given the opportunity to pay additional fees (which will depend on the resources requested), reduce the resources used to an acceptable level or to order another Hosting Package. Easyhost will be the only one to decide to what extent the level of resources used is high.
