What Is CACTUS (CACTUS)?
If you send CACTUS an application, they will process your associated personal data (e.g. contact and communication data, application documents, notes from job interviews, etc.) insofar as this is necessary to make a decision on the establishment of an employment relationship. Retention period of the data
CACTUS are unable to make you a job offer, you reject a job offer, withdraw your application, revoke your consent to data processing or ask us to delete the data, the data you have transmitted, including any remaining physical application documents, will be stored for a maximum of 6 months after the end of the application process is stored or retained (retention period) in order to be able to understand the details of the application process in the event of discrepancies (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
After the retention period has expired, the data will be deleted unless there is a legal obligation to retain it or another legal reason for further storage.
